Listed below are the requirements for establishing residential utility service with Cedar City Utilities:
- To sign up for city utilities you must be the property owner. City ordinance does not allow for renters to have utilities in their names.
- Complete the residential utility application, which covers service for water, sewer, and garbage. Please be sure to include the date of closing on your property and title company used.
- All requests for water service should allow two to three business days (Monday - Friday) for processing. Please check with the seller or landlord of your property to coordinate disconnect and connect dates.
- We now accept Visa and Master Card for utility payments.
- We now offer online registration and bill payment.
