Cedar City offers various locations to accommodate your needs for conventions, meetings, workshops, corporate retreats, business conferences and other events. Services are available to fit any requests, from audiovisual needs to meal services.

The Heritage Center Performing Arts Theater lies in the heart of downtown Cedar City and is well renowned for its stunning architecture and beautiful interior. The Theater seats nearly 1,000 people and is used for community performing groups, professional tours, and business conferences. The main lobby can be used for weddings, art shows, and receptions.

Southern Utah University also offers numerous options, including the Haze Hunter Conference Center, the Sharwan Smith Center, and the SUU Mountain Center.
  • The R. Haze Hunter Conference Center presents a professional atmosphere featuring a two-story stained glass window towering above the great hall meeting area. It has a variety of rooms affording excellent meeting and dining spaces.
  • Inside the Sharwan Smith Student Center are the largest combined meeting and dining space in the county. The 10,000-square-foot ballroom also has six additional meeting rooms, plus a lobby area, all of which are available for breakouts or smaller event functions.
  • SUU's Mountain Center offers a unique setting in which to host your event. Located just a bit more than 10 miles up the canyon, the Mountain Center is adjacent to the Dixie National Forest and provides a more secluded atmosphere away from city distractions. The Center proves ideal for informal retreats, workshops, and private gatherings.
Cedar Breaks Lodge, located in Brian Head, also provide an ideal alpine setting at the Aspens Conference Center. The center's adjustable room illumination and built-in sound system ensure a first-rate presentation.

The Hampton Inn offers 1,000 square foot meeting space, strategically located next to the Providence Center,  a popular retail, dining, and entertainment center. Also available in the Cedar City area is the Ramada Inn, which enjoys the convenience of friendly staff to assist with all your needs.

Courtyard Marriott offers a 3,200 square foot space with a 350 capacity and 4 breakout rooms. Treat your managers to a retreat in Cedar City with 4,000 square feet of impressive banquet space and refreshing event menus.
