The Primary Election was held on Tuesday, September 5, 2023, and the General Election took place on Tuesday, November 21, 2023.

Important General Election Dates set by the Iron County Clerk's Office:
October 26, 2023 - Logic and Accuracy test to be held at 68 S 100 E, Parowan UT at 2:00 p.m. |
October 31, 2023 - Ballots mailed to eligible registered voters |
November 10. 2023 - Last day to register to vote by mail, in person, or electronic by 5:00 p.m. |
November 14-17, 2023 - Early voting; see early voting locations, dates and times. |
November 14, 2023 - Last day to request an absentee ballot |
November 20, 2023 - Mailed ballots must be POSTMARKED |
November 21, 2023 - ELECTION DAY; see Election Day locations, dates and times. |
November 21, 2023 - Unofficial Election results will be posted after 9:00 p.m. |
November 28, 2023 - Post Election Audit at 2:00 p.m. in Iron County Clerk's office |
December 5, 2023 - Canvass of the Primary Election at 10:00 a.m. |
HOW TO REGISTER TO VOTE: Fifteen days or more before an election, a person may register to vote in person at the Iron County Clerk’s office. You will not be eligible to vote during early voting, but you will be able to vote on Election Day at your polling location. You can also register to vote at the following agencies at least 30 days before an election:
- The Drivers License Division
- Division of Workforce Services
- Utah State Department of Health
- Women, Infant, & Children (WIC) Offices
- The Division of Services for People with Disabilities
- The Department of Rehabilitation
- Public Colleges & Universities
