   Booking Policies

   ---

   • Reservations are limited and based on staff availability.
   • Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • Reservations are limited to 2 per day, either in 1.5 or 2 hour increments; times and dates subject to availability.
   • Late arrivals may not stay beyond their scheduled reservation.
   • Additional resources (party rooms, multi-purpose rooms, etc.) are subject to standard reservation fees.
   • The maximum number of students per Reservations is 375.
   • Swimmers under 48" may not ride the waterslide, no exceptions.
   • One person shall be in charge of payment for all students.
   • Memberships are not valid. All swimmers must be paid for.
   • Payment is due before the group enters the pool.
   • Groups are required to bring chaperones (in-water) based on age and number of users (see below).
   • Chaperones may not bring other children or family members (no preschoolers, toddler, or infants).
   • Personal Memberships are not valid.
   • The concession stand will not be available

   2 hour booking - no water slide Up to 100 users - $100 minimum charge 101 to 300 users - $1 per user 300-375 users - $300 flat fee	2 hour booking - with water slide Up to 125 users - $125.00 minimum charge 126 to 300 users - $1 per user 300-375 users - $300 flat fee

27. Chaperone Requirements
    When referring to chaperones, this form is specifically referring to adults in the water assisting with supervision of children. Due to the nature and high risk associated with large numbers of children in the water, chaperones are required. chaperones will be assigned an area of the pool to assist with monitoring children. In-water chaperones are required under the following conditions:
    
    Kindergarten: 1 in-water chaperone for every 8 children
    
    1st – 3rd grade: 1 in-water chaperone for every 12 children
    
    4th – 5th grade: 1 in-water chaperone for every 25 children
    
    6th – 12th grade: No in-Water chaperone required; chaperones on-deck must still be supervising
    
    Mixed Grade groups – In-water chaperones must meet the requirement for the youngest grade group.
