Water Aerobics is a fun way to get a workout! Participants get an aerobic workout with the added benefits of a low-impact aquatic environment. But don’t let that fool you, in additon to being lo-impact, water aerobics can also be high-resistance, offering a great workout for those looking to add to their workout routine.
