Infrastructure

Utah is one of the fastest growing states in the country, and Cedar City is part of that success.

Cedar City is conveniently located right along Interstate 15. It has its own airport and easy access railroad service. Our Port 15 Utah industrial is a shovel-ready business park with all utilities and rail access. The City is home to Southern Utah University and Southwest Tech College, which provides the area with a young and educated workforce.

Cedar City has plenty of room for growth, with a selection of lots and buildings that are well suited for any business needs. Additionally, Cedar City has broadband, gas, electricity, and water to sustain a growing city for a bright and prosperous future.

Below is an interactive map built and designed by the Governor's Office of Economic Development to illustrate the infrastructure of Cedar City. The map can show Internet capabilities, rail, airports, major roadways, lifestyle, and other infrastructure topics.
